Aloha from Kiahuna Plantation AOBO!
Mahalo for visiting our Beachhouse Association portal. This is where Beachhouse owners can find the latest information on what’s happening at Kiahuna, in Po’ipū, and around our beautiful Garden Island of Kaua’i.
Kiahuna Plantation is a premier ocean front resort property that sits on sunny, sandy Hale o’ia bay in Po’ipū, Kaua’i. From the time of the ancient Hawaiians to today, Po’ipū and the land that Kiahuna Plantation is built on has played a special part in our island history.
Once connected with the ancient temple of Kihahouna, a temple built by a high chief of Kōloa, this area has held special significance for hula, fishing, and ceremonies exalted by the Hawaiian community. More recently, the site was home to the Sugar Plantation manager, Hector Moir and his wife Sandy. The Moir home still sits among the lush gardens. Come and stroll through the 35 acres of mature trees; hundreds of orchids; fragrant flowers; cactus and succulents; wide open great lawns; and sandy beach.
Units at Kiahuna Plantation sit nestled within the spacious garden and beach front acreage. All units are one or two bedrooms. Along with direct beach access, on site surf school, beach towels, and beach chairs, members and guests have access to the Po’ipū Beach Athletic Club located a short walk away, across Po’ipū Road. The convenient location is within walking distance to two shopping villages with numerous retail shops and top restaurants. Old Kōloa Town shops and markets are a 2-mile drive.
